We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Our platform is a multi-tenant system. Each customer account ("Tenant") operates in isolation. We implement strict data segregation to ensure that your data is accessible only to authorized users within your organization. You may not access or attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.
All rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, including all software, code, technology, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of Shukla Transport App and our licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our services without compensation or attribution.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
Support availability varies by subscription plan. We provide support via email and WhatsApp during business hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST). Emergency support may be available for higher-tier plans.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that materially affect your use of the service.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHUKLA TRANSPORT APP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Billing Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shukla Transport App regarding your use of our services.
