1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hanu Transport application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides fleet management, trip logging, and invoicing tools for transport operators. The Service is provided solely for commercial business-to-business (B2B) use.

3. "As Is" Clause & Limitation of Liability

CRITICAL AGREEMENT: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Under no circumstances shall Hanu Transport, its founders, developers, or affiliates be held personally or corporately liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Loss, corruption, or deletion of data (including ledgers, invoices, and trips).
  • Delayed shipments, incorrect freight calculations, or disputes with vendors/parties arising from the use of this software.

By using this software, you expressly waive the right to sue the founder or developers for any operational failures. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices and financial data generated by the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, lawsuit, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. By using this Service, you explicitly consent to this jurisdiction.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
